• Our team works hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Covered Protection:

• Covered Protection guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier.

• If you decline Covered Protection, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders.

• You can upgrade to covered shipping at checkout.

Return Policy

• We offer refunds within 14 days from the date your order is delivered/received.

• Refund processing fee and return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

• To be eligible for a refund:

  • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition.

  • This includes all product packaging such as pillow covers, boxes, or specialty packaging.

  • You must provide a photo of your item(s) prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

• Refunds apply to eligible items only (ergonomic pillows, travel pillows, and sleep essentials).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.
