All Meicare orders are handled with care and shipped from our California warehouse.

Shipping Timeline:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)

• Delivery Time: Up to 15 business days after dispatch

• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped

Shipping Destinations:

• Currently serving all 50 U.S. states

• International shipping coming soon!

We want you to love your Meicare comfortwear. If not, here's how we make it easy:

Returns Policy:

• 30-day return window from delivery date

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags

• Original payment method will be refunded (excluding shipping)

How to Return:

1. Email [sale@baozousports.com] with:

   • Your order number

   • Reason for return

   • Photos if item is damaged

2. We'll email you a pre-paid return label

3. Ship it back & we'll process refund within 5 business days of receipt

Exchanges:

• Currently offer refunds only

• For a different size/color, place a new order
